Terms of Service
-These Terms of Service govern all commissions involving art and writing services provided by me, Vellichor. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms in full.-I reserve the right to decline, stop work on, or cancel a commission for any reason at any time without explanation, whether this includes personal life issues, I feel I lack the skill to give you the quality work you are paying for, discomfort with the request, failure to or lack of clear communication, or inappropriate/rude behavior.-The commissioned work must not involve offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.-You must provide clear, concise instructions and references before work begins.-I have the right to display the work in portfolios, promotional materials, or social media unless privacy is requested by you. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use without explicit permission is prohibited.-Estimated delivery times will be provided after the commission details are finalized. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.-Commissioned art will have my signature/watermark on it, and its removal is prohibited.
Pricing and Payments
-All prices are in USD-A deposit of 50% is required before work begins on art commissions. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion. For writing commissions, the full payment is to be paid after completion.-Payments are accepted via PayPal, KoFi, and Bank Transfer.-Prices are subject to change but will not affect agreed-upon rates for ongoing projects.-Commissions include up to 4 minor revisions. Additional revisions will incur a fee of 30% of the overall price. Major changes not outlined in the original agreement may require renegotiation of the terms and price.
REFUNDS AND CONCELLATIONS
-If you cancel the commission before work begins, a full refund will be issued. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel, I will wait a day before starting on your commission to give you time.-If work has begun, the refund amount will be proportional to the work completed.-No refunds will be issued once the final product has been delivered.-I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or inappropriate behavior from you, the Client.
-I am not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of the commissioned work.-By commissioning me, you acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Writing
-$2 per 200 words (for example, if you commission 1 000 words, the price will be $10)-An additional $2 will be charged for NSFW content.-An additional $2 will be charged for every kink/fetish you wish to addSome examples:

Adult/Minor (I will not write about a character under 15 unless both characters are the same age)

IncestFor example, if you commission a 1 000 words, Problematic, with incest and somnophilia, your total will be $20
(1 000 words ($10) + Problematic ($4) + Incest ($3) + Somnophilia ($3) = $20)You will not be charged extra if I go over the word amount you paid for
